TODO NARCISISTA É UM GRANDE INVEJOSO

Você já deve ter ouvido o termo narcisista como referência a alguém que se acha o máximo e que se vê extremamente superior às outras pessoas. Este termo é derivado da mitologia grega, em que Narciso era dono de uma beleza estonteante e por conta disso era também muito vaidoso; após desprezar várias pretendentes, foi amaldiçoado por uma delas a nunca ser correspondido quando se apaixonasse. Um dia, Narciso se abaixou para beber água em uma fonte e ao avistar a sua imagem refletida nas águas, apaixonou-se pelo que viu, jogando-se no lago para tocar naquela imagem, afoga-se nessa busca e morre.

O narcisismo é um Transtorno de Personalidade e diz respeito à maneira de ser, de ver, de interpretar e de funcionar no mundo. O Narcisista vive buscando aplausos, pois, ele se julga extremamente superior às outras pessoas, ele sempre está certo e as pessoas têm que admirá-lo e agradecer por ter a companhia dele; ele tem necessidade de ser sempre o centro das atenções, por isso ele só fala dele, a história das outras pessoas não lhe interessa, ou melhor, só lhe interessa para poder conhecer um pouco da pessoa e assim ter informações para conseguir controlar as respostas emocionais dela.

Sua autorreferência é a de que ele é bom e maravilhoso, humildade é algo que ele não exercita, assim como a empatia, os outros só existem na sua vida para reverenciá-lo e servi-lo. Ele também se atribui valores e talentos de forma muito exacerbada e, por vezes, nem os possui. Na verdade, o narcisista é um grande invejoso que não consegue imaginar que alguém possa ser melhor do que ele e, como se acha o centro do mundo, acaba se tornando uma pessoa arrogante que se incomoda imensamente com o sucesso dos outros, apenas ele merece ser o melhor. Só ele pode brilhar!

Quem se relaciona com uma pessoa narcisista (que pode ser homem ou mulher) está fadada a viver uma solidão a dois. Com alguém assim, nas relações afetivas não existe troca, ele encanta inicialmente a parceira até que ela vire fã (no início ele dá o melhor dele e não tem dificuldade em fazer a parceira se apaixonar) depois ele a convence que só ele vai fazê-la feliz, mina sua autoestima, vampiriza suas energias e domina a sua vida.

Quando alguém cai no jogo dele, adoece. A parceira é obrigada a satisfazê-lo o tempo todo, ele precisa ser mais do que admirado e nesse sentido, ele precisa aprisionar e desqualificar o outro para poder sentir-se superior. E como ele está sempre em busca de admiradores, costuma trair muito e, depois que ele dominou a pessoa, ele a descarta   e rapidamente posta nas redes sociais fotos com a próxima vítima.

Os narcisistas estão em toda parte, preste atenção para não cair nas armadilhas dele para não adoecer! Ele primeiro encanta, depois desqualifica os pensamentos e atitudes dos outros até provocar dor para sentir-se superior e melhor. Se você se relaciona com alguém assim, o melhor que tem a fazer é tirá-lo da sua vida; essa não é uma tarefa fácil, caso necessário, busque ajuda terapêutica para se libertar, pois o narcisista não suporta ser esquecido!
