NÃO DÁ PRA ARRUMAR O PASSADO!

É impressionante como tem gente que não consegue se desligar do seu passado e se empenha em puxar pela memória, reavivando situações e detalhes que deveriam ficar guardados. As lembranças, quando são agradáveis e prazerosas, alimentam a vida e nos ajudam a manter a alma aquecida e confortável, afinal de contas, a gente só costuma ter saudade dos tempos bons, dos acontecimentos que, só de recordá-los, nos trazem a alegre sensação de festa em nosso coração. Manter-se preso aos erros, desilusões e desenganos não ajuda ninguém a viver, muito menos a ser feliz.

Ao retroalimentar as lembranças desagradáveis de erros, desacertos e escolhas insensatas do passado, as pessoas voltam a se vincular à dor e, assim, têm necessidade de buscar um culpado pelo seu infortúnio: ou responsabilizam os outros ou se culpam pelo que já aconteceu. E como a corrente movida pelo sofrimento é bastante extensa, logo em seguida bate o desassossego, o arrependimento e a desesperança como um prenúncio de horas instáveis e sem paz.

AS COISAS SÃO O QUE PODEM SER

As lembranças ruins nos mantêm presas a sentimentos e sensações pesadas como a raiva, o rancor, a desilusão, ao desejo de vingança, a infelicidade… e isso não nos faz bem, muito pelo contrário! Todo mundo se equivoca, escolhe errado, se arrepende e é preciso que cada um de nós entenda que nós funcionamos de acordo com as circunstâncias que ocorrem em nossas vidas, naquele momento. As coisas são o que podem ser e as pessoas agem como conseguem e se não deu pra fazer diferente, paciência! Os erros nos humanizam e nos movem para onde a gente se permita ir.

A maioria dos erros, nossos e dos outros, são passíveis de serem absorvidos e perdoados, ficar preso ao arrependimento e ao rancor é torturante. Realmente, não vale à pena perder tempo com algo que não pode ser mudado, simplesmente porque já aconteceu e com quem não merece mais ser lembrando. É sempre bom perceber que “as pessoas entram na nossa vida por acaso, mas não é por acaso que elas permanecem”. Para esquecer é preciso lembrar e também é preciso aprender e incorporar como verdade o fato de que mais importante do que o que acontece na vida da gente ,é a forma como a gente lida com o que acontece,  assim, as pessoas e as coisas vão ter a importância que atribuirmos a elas em nossas vidas.

APOSTE NO FUTURO

Deixe o passado descansar! Ninguém consegue arrumar o passado, nem limpar a poeira do sofrimento ou enfeitar a dor, o que a gente consegue fazer é acomodá-lo da melhor forma possível dentro da gente e acreditar que um dia segue o outro, que o tempo ajuda a diminuir o sofrimento e que devemos investir nossa energia para construir histórias que nos dêem prazer e que garantam, lá na frente, lembranças que façam nossa alma crescer, o nosso corpo ficar leve e o coração em paz.

Invista no seu presente e garanta um futuro prazeroso e de boas recordações pra você. Sonhe com coisas boas, se empenhe em produzir felicidade, olhe distraidamente ao seu redor e perceba o quanto o mundo pode ser uma eterna fonte de novidades e descobertas, preserve o que é bom na sua vida, amplie e viva possibilidades… e pegando carona no que pontuou o escritor Guimarães Rosa “Penso que chega um momento na vida da gente em que o único dever é lutar ferozmente para introduzir, no tempo de cada dia, o máximo de eternidade”.

Viver feliz e em paz é o desejo de todos nós. Não valorize o que não acrescenta nada de bom na sua vida. Ame quem mereça ser amado, cultive as amizades , produza, assuma um compromisso com você de viver com respeito e dignidade. No mais, é tentar ser feliz, sempre!
