ABRACE ESSA CAUSA!

 

O Dia 8 abril foi escolhido pela União Internacional para o Controle do Câncer – UICC para ser o Dia Mundial de Combate ao Câncer. Essa data tem por objetivo conscientizar e pressionar os governos do mundo todo e chamar a atenção da sociedade civil para os índices de crescimento dessa doença e para a necessidade de prevenir, combater, controlar e desmistificar o Câncer- termo usado para designar o conjunto de mais de 100 doenças que se caracterizam pelo crescimento desordenado das células; elas se dividem de forma muito rápida, invadindo tecidos e órgãos, formando tumores que podem se espalhar (metástase) para outras regiões do corpo.

Por ser uma doença complexa, existem muitos mitos e preconceitos sobre o câncer e que precisam ser abolidos. E, apesar de ser uma doença insidiosa, que muitas vezes só manifesta seus sintomas quando a afecção já evoluiu, para muitos tipos de câncer há sinais de alerta e os benefícios de um diagnóstico precoce são indiscutíveis.  Antigamente, um diagnóstico de câncer representava uma sentença de morte, hoje, pode ser uma promessa de vida, por isso é muito importante consultar sempre médicos e cuidar da saúde.

APOIO É FUNDAMENTAL

 Ajudar na prevenção e dar força aos pacientes que lutam contra o câncer é essencial, mas a gente só tem consciência plena da gravidade e extensão de uma doença, dificuldade ou problema quando acontece com uma pessoa próxima de você e quando de uma forma mais íntima isso mobiliza suas emoções e sentimentos. Aí você se dá conta da diferença que faz para as pessoas que estejam reunindo suas forças para combater o câncer receber amor, carinho, gestos, palavras de compreensão, colo e aconchego num momento de tanta precisão.

Como terapeuta que atende pacientes portadores de Câncer há muitos anos, eu sei muito bem o quanto pode ser angustiante e penoso esse caminhar e o quanto essas pessoas precisam de apoio emocional e carinho nessa luta, como se fosse uma injeção de força, uma dose de energia, um suplemento adicional de coragem para se fortalecer e vencer essa luta. Pois é, nesse momento a Marcella, uma jovem e linda mãe de 32 anos, uma pessoa muito corajosa, amada e admirada por muitas pessoas, aglutinou em torno dela um grupo de apoio e proteção (as anjinhas), que aumenta a cada dia, e essa vivência tem sido de muito crescimento pra todos nós.

AS ANJINHAS

Essa tem sido uma vivência muito produtiva, que penso eu, vale a pena ser compartilhada com vocês e, quem sabe, incentivar outras pessoas a formarem grupos de apoio. Então, esse apoio começou por iniciativa de uma adorável cunhada da Cella, a Suzie, que criou um grupo no whatsApp, que além de ficar mandando mensagens de apoio e força pra ela, também cumpre uma agenda de orações e jejum, de uma forma muito solidária e ecumênica (a fé ajuda a curar). As coisas foram acontecendo e as anjinhas amorosamente atuando: quando, por conta da quimioterapia o cabelo da Cella começou a cair muito, ela raspou a cabeça e passau a usar lenço, o grupo todo criou a campanha “tô na moda” e todo mundo, num dia combinado, trocou a sua foto de perfil por uma com lenço; também foi montado um painel de fotos (esse que aparece aí no artigo) na casa dela, e fotos das anjinhas presas em balões de gás enfeitando a sua casa no retorno do quimio. Essa foi a nossa forma de mostrar “estamos juntos”, voando em seu redor, mesmo estando longe fisicamente.

Ah, nós nos falamos o dia todo pelas redes sociais, mandamos recadinhos, filminhos engraçados, orações, fotos, criamos campanhas (estamos nos mobilizando para arrecadar lenços pras crianças com CA que não podem comprá-los) e mensagens de força, de fé e de alegria, renovando as energias necessárias para enfrentar as dificuldades da vida, que no momento são muitas. Pois é Cella, estamos contigo nessa luta, amorosamente de mãos dadas contigo e essa energia também tem nos alimentado. Pode aguardar, Cecella, as anjinhas ainda te trarão muitas surpresas e alegrias. Você não está só nessa luta. Força Xuxu! Nós te amamos! Anjinhas em ação!
